A driver and a gig platform are in a contractual relationship according to United States law.
This means both parties must follow business laws and procedures — including mutual evidence consideration, due process before penalty, and the right to appeal.
When the platform ignores the driver’s evidence or issues violations without a hearing, it breaks the contract and violates business law.
When a gig app refuses a driver’s evidence or appeal, it violates the law and effectively voids the claim’s legality.
When you posts your evidence you fulfill requirements of business contract law.
